I believe it’s incredibly important for you to know exactly what to expect from our work together.
Not only does this bring you a sense of comfort to understand the process I will lead you through, but it also ensures that you’re physically and emotionally safe during our sessions. That’s why I’ll get you to fill in a liability waiver before we meet, so you are well-informed of how I can and can’t support you. This is a way to establish clear and secure boundaries between us.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your discovery call with me. Please note that I require 2 days’ notice (48 hours) or more in order to reschedule or cancel your discovery call. Only the sessions rescheduled or cancelled before those 48 hours will give you a second opportunity to have access to this complementary call. There will be no second chance for you to benefit from this discovery call if you reschedule or cancel it after 2 days’ notice.
I have a busy schedule and I really try my best to support all seasoned yogis and wellness professionals that contact me, even at the last minute. Late cancellations or missed appointments don’t allow me to be here for those in urgent need.
